Instructional Videos
The five instructional video modules in the Producing Ohio project illustrate economics at work in some of Ohio's most successful businesses and are used to supplement the Teacher Guide. The videos are available in VHS format as part of the kit; the videotapes are close-captioned for people with hearing disabilities. The videos are also streamed here on the website and transcripts are provided for people with hearing disabilities.

Each video runs about 15 minutes. Each video is divided into five modules, with each about three minutes in length, so that teachers can use the entire video or a module that illustrates a concept. The end of a module is indicated by the bouncing Producing Ohio logo.

Through interviews and tours, students can see economics principles in action - in educational, agricultural, services and manufacturing settings. Teachers can find a full description of each video and the individual modules in the Video Discussions section of the Teacher Guide.
