Xtek, Inc. is a Cincinnati-based manufacturer of capital goods for the steel and aluminum industries. Products it produces include large rollers, gears, pinions and track wheels. Once primarily a supplier to domestic companies, Xtek now sells its products to companies in more than 30 different countries.

For this video, we'll go inside Xtek and look at international trade - the company's sale of products to Brazil. As shown in the video, Xtek and other U.S. companies have a comparative advantage in the production of machinery, while Brazil's advantage lies in the production of goods such as orange juice, leather shoes and steel.
