Economics Center for Education & Research at the University of Cincinnati is our partner in Producing Ohio. Their website provides information for teachers on school projects and resources, and provides professional development opportunities for educators, such as workshops, seminars and online-independent study programs.
Ohio Council on Economic Education and its network of nine university-based centers of economic education located throughout the state and 37 school-based Economic Education Advocates work to promote and increase economic education understanding by assisting schools and teachers to develop the ability of students to make reasoned economic choices and understand the world around them.
National Council on Economic Education has set up Economics America, a nationwide, comprehensive program for economic education in America's schools. NCEE standards-based lesson plans are available, along with interactive activities for students.

CoolBank is designed to be entertaining, educational, and interactive for students. Designed by Republic Bank, with the assistance of teachers from grades Kindergarten through 12, it's divided by age groups and includes areas for teachers and parents, too.
It's a recreational website as well as a handy reference source. A Pedestrian's Guide to the Economy provides answers to many of the most asked, a few of the least asked, and some of the never asked questions about the economy in entertaining and easy-to-handle chunks. The Pedestrian's Guide to the Economy also features Gloss*arama -- an extensive database of economic terms and concepts. This database currently contains over 1,100 terms.
Economics Games and Activities are available on Quia Web, which is designed to help educators teach better by giving them the tools to create, customize, and share learning activities.
The main agricultural data gathering agency in the state is the Ohio Agriculture Statistics Service. This service is provided in cooperation with the USDA's National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS), the Ohio Department of Agriculture and Ohio State University.

The Mint is a site designed for middle school and high school students, their teachers and parents, to teach basic principles of economics. It is a collaborative effort between the Northwestern Mutual Life Foundation and The National Council on Economic Education.
